Job Title: Safeguarding and Wellbeing Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Safeguarding and Wellbeing Officer to join our team at Windsor Forest Colleges. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the college community in safeguarding cases, working with external agencies, and promoting a culture of safeguarding and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to students, staff, and parents in safeguarding cases
  • Work with external agencies to ensure effective safeguarding practices
  • Develop and implement safeguarding policies and procedures
  • Provide training and awareness sessions on safeguarding and wellbeing
  • Collaborate with other teams to promote a culture of safeguarding and wellbeing
Requirements:
  • Experience in safeguarding and wellbeing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
