Senior Events Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Events Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex event projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, solid financial management expertise, and marketing acumen.

This is a hybrid remote working / office-based position based in south east England, offering a competitive salary up to £35,000 + a comprehensive benefits package. As a Christian organisation, we require post holders to have an active and practising Christian faith, supporting our values, mission, and principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project scope and plans, ensuring credibility and measurability.
  • Capture stakeholder requirements and creatively solve problems.
  • Maintain excellent interpersonal and communication skills, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and achieving strategic objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in events project management, ideally with Prince2 or similar qualifications.
  • Proven track record in delivering complex projects and programmes, with a focus on outcome-driven results.
  • Strong financial management and marketing skills, with experience in budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of events within the charity / not-for-profit arena, with experience in physical and online event delivery.
