A dynamic position has arisen for an experienced Event Project Manager to join a leading global event agency. This is an excellent chance to work on high-profile events and projects, utilizing your expertise in managing corporate accounts, winning new business, and networking.

About the Role

This role sits within the Senior Leadership Team, with overall responsibility for key accounts and the company's growth strategy. Key duties include:

  • Client liaison and account management
  • Generating proposal ideas and costings, creating quotations
  • Contributing to the overall sales strategy and growth plans
  • Managing timeline proposals
  • Attending client meetings, site visits, and providing consultancy on suitable AV and scenic elements
  • Networking and sourcing leads
About the Company

The company offers flexible working arrangements, allowing you to balance your work-life. You will be based in Crawley but also have the option to hot desk in the city or work from home.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in the event agency sector, specifically managing corporate accounts
  • A proven ability to win new business and network effectively
  • Deep understanding of the live events industry and its specific needs
  • Solid grasp of video, audio, and lighting technologies
  • Ability to stay current with the latest products and trends in the AV marketplace
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. The company offers a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional development.
