    We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead our Pre Construction & Construction Delivery Teams in delivering multiple projects across various sectors, including healthcare, residential, and education.     Key responsibilities include developing and communicating planning intent and proposed solutions using Asta PowerProject, P6, and Microsoft Project, as well as providing consistent, accurate, and reliable programme data. You will also be responsible for developing project-specific programmes, method statements, and logistics plans during both the bid and operational phases.

    To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate relevant previous experience in building/construction, a clear understanding of the construction process from inception to completion, and excellent IT knowledge, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
