Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
A highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor is required to join A.D.S Construction Personnel Ltd in St Neots, Cambridgeshire.

You will be responsible for managing all costs related to projects from initial calculations to final figures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing cost estimates and budgets for projects;
- Conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments;
- Managing project finances, including procurement and contract administration;
- Monitoring and controlling costs throughout the project lifecycle;
- Collaborating with project managers and other team members.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry;
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £70,000 per annum, plus benefits including:
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays;
- Hybrid working (1-2 days from home);
- Car allowance;
- Private Health care.
