Key Responsibilities
As an Event Production Coordinator at Live Recruitment, you will be responsible for supporting the senior leadership team and pre-planning productions. This includes scheduling crew members, booking freelancers, coordinating project logistics, liaising with external suppliers, and managing contracts.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in events, preferably within a similar company. However, we also consider candidates from other backgrounds who have managed complex projects and logistics.

Requirements:

  2. Interest in audio-visual technology
  3. Prior experience in events
  4. Ability to manage complex projects and logistics
