Job Title: Resident Engagement Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to assist in creating and delivering engaging activities for our residents, ensuring their interests and needs are met.

This position involves:

  • Spending individual time with residents, care staff, and relatives to create meaningful activities reflecting their interests and hobbies.
  • Supporting the provision of stimulation and exercise tailored to individual needs via a diverse range of activities.
  • Contributing to the creation of evidence and tracking activity engagement through digital and written methods.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine interest in promoting independence and lifestyle opportunities for seniors.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in response to change.

We offer a competitive salary of £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including long service awards recognition, free onsite parking, and NEST workplace pension contributions.
