The ideal candidate will have Part CIPD qualified or be capable of gaining such qualification, with proven HR experience in a similar role. They will possess HR legislative understanding and knowledge, as well as experience of organisational change. The ability to plan, organise, and manage time effectively is essential, along with experience of engaging and working with a diverse population of stakeholders.
