We are a leading provider of sales and marketing solutions, trusted by tens of thousands of organizations worldwide.
This role is part of our Uxbridge office team and requires work 3 days a week in our Hayes Town location.
Job Summary:
The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for delivering ongoing proactive and reactive service to a dedicated book of business from our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a Book of Business: Continuously meet role standards, partner closely with Account Teams, and actively engage with and retain customer relationships.
- Technical Account Planning: Conduct ongoing technical account planning and management of specific account issues.
- Client Meetings: Conduct regular client meetings to communicate best practices, successes, and data results, and facilitate business reviews.
- Data Analysis: Use data to identify issues, search for best practices, and provide solutions.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a customer service or support role, managing customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment with a large software customer base.
- Sales acumen to work closely with account executives to support upsell and cross-sell efforts, and conduct business analysis to adapt offerings to meet customer needs.
- Self-motivation, success drive, and good time management skills.
- Passion for customer care and focus on customer retention and outcomes.
- Participation in cross-functional projects to improve processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience.
- Previous knowledge of Salesforce CRM application, including data structure and API integration, and Salesforce Administrator Certification.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
