Job Description

James Gray Associates is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing client payroll, managing new starter and leaver processes, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Process client payroll on a monthly and weekly basis
  • Manage new starter and leaver processes
  • Input and record employee data into our systems
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a payroll role
  • Strong knowledge of payroll procedures and regulations
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
  • Familiarity with Sage50 payroll software

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is around £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a positive working environment.
