We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Compensation and Benefits team at Mercedes AMG High Performance Powertrains.

This 12-month placement scheme provides an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in creating and analysing management data, managing HR databases, and developing supplier management skills.

As a key member of the C&B team, you will be responsible for:

  1. Supporting the team by creating and analysing management data fundamental to achieving departmental objectives.
  2. Experience managing and maintaining bespoke HR databases, ensuring accurate and effective information capture.
  3. Developing supplier management skills for benefits offered at HPP.
  4. Taking ownership of project work to support wider company objectives.
  5. Pursuing Continuous Improvement of processes and procedures.
  6. Collaborating with Recruitment and Employee Relations to ensure employee data is captured across the employee journey at HPP.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £27,000 per annum, as well as a range of benefits including a collective bonus, company lease car scheme, 36 days annual leave, and access to a generous pension scheme.
