Job DescriptionThe Residential Development Manager will be responsible for:
- Ensuring resident safety and security through regular checks and record-keeping.
- Managing contractor services, including ordering, monitoring, and completing tasks.
- Developing strong relationships with residents, promoting community engagement and social activities.
- Liaising with external parties, such as local authorities and healthcare providers, to support residents.
- Rapidly responding to emergencies and coordinating responses with relevant teams.
- Effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn new systems.
