Job Description

The Residential Development Manager will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring resident safety and security through regular checks and record-keeping.
  • Managing contractor services, including ordering, monitoring, and completing tasks.
  • Developing strong relationships with residents, promoting community engagement and social activities.
  • Liaising with external parties, such as local authorities and healthcare providers, to support residents.
  • Rapidly responding to emergencies and coordinating responses with relevant teams.
Key Skills
  • Effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn new systems.
