Job Description

Student Systems Implementation Consultant | Up to £80k | Remote

We are partnering with an IT vendor to expand their team and seeking implementation consultants to configure and deliver student management systems. If you have a strong understanding of the student lifecycle and experience with student record systems implementation, we'd like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver end-to-end implementation projects for universities in the UK
  • Expertise in HESA Data Futures reporting requirements or Student finance (SLC) or Academic progression
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Customer-centric approach to deliver a compelling customer experience

About the Role

Role: Implementation Consultant (All levels)

Employment Type: Permanent

Location: Remote

Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 - negotiable

As an implementation consultant, you will provide hands-on end-to-end implementation across various projects, delivering a compelling customer experience by achieving consulting implementation excellence. You will also support through the project lifecycle, including design verification, reconfiguration, testing, support through delivery and go-live. This is a great opportunity to provide technical, business, consulting, and product expertise to customers and advise on comprehensive solutions they can deliver to the market.

Requirements:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about current trends and new technologies, driving innovation and developing ideas for discussion and implementation.
  • Establish and maintain senior-level engagement with key customer stakeholders to identify opportunities for additional consulting services with existing customers.
  • Collaborate with the New Projects team to provide input into the configuration and management of product and solution implementations.
  • Contribute to revenue generation through utilisation and identification of further product and service opportunities.
