About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Contact Centre team in Hemel Hempstead. As a Contact Centre Advisor, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experience to our customers through incoming and outgoing calls.

You'll be working as part of a dynamic team to ensure that every call is answered quickly and professionally, and that our customers receive the best possible service. You'll be selling and advising on our bowling experience to both current and potential customers, recognising their needs to generate additional sales and ensuring they receive the best offers.

We're looking for someone who is a great communicator, passionate about delivering excellent customer service, and motivated to achieve and exceed our targets.
