About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and empathy.
  • Manage product orders from receipt to invoicing, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Support the collection of accounts receivable and maintain accurate customer information in ERP and CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to resolve customer issues and provide demo orders as needed.
  • Administer support for sales and project management teams, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.

Reporting Relationships

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll report to the Customer Management Team Lead and work closely with a close team of 6, within a larger Customer Service team.

Requirements

  • Secondary education or equivalent commercial experience.
  • Experience in phone-based business-to-business customer service, preferably in a specialist team.
  • IT knowledge: MS Office, SAP, CRM.
  • Order processing, customer orientation, ability to organize and prioritize, and reliability.
