Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, plus relevant post-qualification experience
  • Expertise in highway design guidance and standards, including Design Manual for Roads and Bridges
  • Strong understanding of commercial awareness and project delivery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
