Cloud Sales Manager

We are seeking a seasoned New Business leader to join our Cloud Division's management team within ERP. As a Sales Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Sales and manage a high volume of deals across multi-product propositions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of around 3 Sales Leaders with an undermanagement of around 8 New Business Executives.
Develop and execute a Sales Strategy that demonstrates high volume new business acquisitions using data to adapt to product cycles and market conditions.
Own and be accountable for XS across all Cloud Products and the wider Access Portfolio, executing a true multi-product proposition.
Manage the ERP sector, overseeing various solutions and propositions, with a target of around £5 million ABC.
Work closely with marketing, ensuring your sales team is well-prepared, creating joint execution plans to meet pipeline and revenue targets.
Requirements:
A strong background in managing Field Sales Teams, using data to enhance performance.
Excellent data analytics skills, proven to drive sales growth.
Experience of driving step-change in team capability and upgrading talent.
A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding an annual sales quota.
