The Role

To provide high quality, efficient general administrative support for various key functions within the Countywide Post Covid Service.

The post holder will be responsible for the provision of comprehensive information/data collection and reporting, ensuring it is fit for purpose.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritise their workload and use their initiative, without direct supervision for routine tasks.
  • Ensure effective lines of communication between team members, patients, and others, whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • A good standard of education including GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
  • NVQ Level 3 qualification in administration or equivalent level of experience.
  • RSA 3 Typewriting skills or equivalent level of experience.
  • Knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office or similar applications.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
