Job Overview
The University of Hertfordshire is seeking a talented Graduate Teaching Fellow to join our Electrical and Electronic Engineering Subject Group. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support teaching, assessments, and student support at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

In this position, you will coordinate and lead practical sessions, assist with module teaching and learning activities, and contribute to personal tutorial and study support programmes. Your primary focus will be on ensuring accurate completion of programme-related teaching and learning administration, while also assisting with assessment tasks under the supervision of academic staff.

This role requires experience of supporting learning and teaching in UK Higher Education settings, along with relevant digital and educational resources. You must demonstrate the ability to support students in two or more areas such as MATLAB, VHDL, Vivado, MultiSim, or electronic circuit design and manufacturing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail are essential for this role.
