Job Description

**Job Title:** Online Experience Analyst

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Online Experience Analyst to join our team at Avendra International. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional levels of support to the Supply Chain team and key stakeholders, in purchasing data analysis, administration, client service, and supplier management support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and lead in data preparation for category reviews and tenders
  • Request, review, analyze, and report on Supplier Data
  • Assist in analysis of rebate tracker data and the chasing of trackers with suppliers
  • Support the Strategic Sourcing Teams on contract build and execution, including loading onto our Contract Software System
  • Support the Team on key project deliveries
  • Assist the Directors and Managers in ensuring business compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Compliance report analysis for key suppliers
  • Establish, build, and harness long-term relationships both internally and externally
  • Prioritize workload and differentiate between urgent and important tasks
  • Excellent analytical and numerical ability, particularly through Excel

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
