About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our Supply Chain team at Aramark UK. As a Strategic Sourcing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our purchasing data analysis, administration, client service, and supplier management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in data preparation for category reviews and tenders, ensuring accurate and timely information.
  • Request, review, analyze, and report on supplier data, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Support the Strategic Sourcing Teams on contract build and execution, including loading onto our Contract Software System.
  • Assist in analysis of rebate tracker data and the chasing of trackers with suppliers.
  • Support the Team on key project deliveries, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Assist the Directors and Managers in ensuring business compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Compliance report analysis for key suppliers, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Establish, build, and harness long-term relationships both internally and externally.
  • Prioritize workload and differentiate between urgent and important tasks, ensuring efficient use of time.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical ability, particularly through Excel.
