Rates Analyst Opportunity

Ryder Reid Legal Limited is seeking a skilled Rates Analyst to support the pricing and rate management functions of one of our global law firm clients in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain rate cards and e-billing templates for client pricing arrangements.
  • Analyse financial data to ensure compliance with engagement frameworks and outside counsel guidelines.
  • Manage and audit the client budget tracking system for accurate reporting.
  • Onboard new timekeepers into financial systems.
  • Develop Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards and reports to ensure data governance.
  • Collaborate with billing, pricing, and finance teams on rate-related requests.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a business or financial analyst, management accountant, or similar role.
  • Professional services or law firm experience is highly regarded.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and oral communication.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
