Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain rate cards and e-billing templates for client pricing arrangements.
  2. Analyze financial data to ensure compliance with engagement frameworks and outside counsel guidelines.
  3. Update the billing system to reflect accurate client and matter fee arrangements.
  4. Input and assess financial and non-financial information within the firm's systems.
  5. Manage and audit the client budget tracking system for accurate reporting.
  6. Onboard new timekeepers into financial systems.
  7. Design and implement Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards and reports to ensure data governance.
  8. Collaborate with billing, pricing, and finance teams on rate-related requests.

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of experience as a business or financial analyst, management accountant, or similar role.
  2. Professional services or law firm experience is highly regarded.
  3. Bachelor's degree required.
  4. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  5. Strong written and oral communication.
  6. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  7. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
