The Business Process Coordinator will be responsible for managing requests through various channels, ensuring timely submission of work from clients, and advising clients on best practices for submission.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage submission of work from clients, capturing relevant information for each request
  • Act as a key client point of contact, providing exceptional customer service
  • Estimate production times, agree deadlines, and manage Symphony and workflow
  • Clarify job-related queries before delivery to the operational team
  • Proactively manage deadlines, obtaining regular updates from Operators and Workflow

  • Strong understanding of customer service, with excellent client focus
  • Extensive knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Strong service mentality, commitment to service excellence
