About the role:

This Contract Coordinator position is a key link between Business Affairs and Client Services teams, based in London and Berlin. As a people person, you'll be the first point of contact for any ad-hoc queries surrounding content approval, contracting, and campaign execution.

You'll support contract workflows, take the lead on setting up campaign trackers, and provide training to the Client Service team on processes and operations of the Business Affairs team.

  • Provide expert guidance on processes and operations to ensure seamless collaboration with Client Service teams.
  • Support our Client Service team with ad-hoc queries and complex issues.
  • Develop and implement contract automation from templates to enhance real-time contracting capabilities.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Business Affairs on admin, contract execution, and ad-hoc requests.
  • Maintain a positive, can-do attitude that contributes to our creative and collaborative environment.
