Operations Administrator Role at Sunlighten

Sunlighten is the global leader in infrared saunas, helping people achieve their health and wellness goals. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support planning and executing operational procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Provide administrative support across departments to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Update and maintain company databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate records.
  • Coordinate daily operations, including scheduling and correspondence to meet deadlines.
  • Oversee stock movements, including tracking and coordinating deliveries.
  • Act as a point of contact for third-party logistics partners to resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and coordinate shipments for timely fulfilment.
  • Process insurance claims for damaged or missing stock to minimize losses.
  • Conduct audits on sales orders to authorise dispatch and ensure accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Operations Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills to manage tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools to streamline processes.
  • Good understanding of business operations and procedures to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving ability and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field to provide a solid foundation.
