Business Process Coordinator

Sunlighten is the global leader in infrared saunas, helping people achieve their health and wellness goals. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Support planning and executing operational procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Provide administrative support across departments to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Update and maintain company databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate records.
- Coordinate daily operations, including scheduling and correspondence to meet deadlines.
- Oversee stock movements, including tracking and coordinating deliveries.
- Act as a point of contact for third-party logistics partners to resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate stock records and coordinate shipments for timely fulfilment.
- Process insurance claims for damaged or missing stock to minimize losses.
- Conduct audits on sales orders to authorise dispatch and ensure accuracy.
- Proven experience as an Operations Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills to manage tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools to streamline processes.
- Good understanding of business operations and procedures to make informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field to provide a solid foundation.
