As a key member of SCOR's Internal Control and Reporting process department, you will be responsible for maintaining, updating, and improving the internal control framework with stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control specific business processes related to managing insurance and reinsurance contracts, ensuring they run smoothly, accurately, and in compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate the Internal Control campaign across local hubs and support projects and clean-up activities.
- Produce reports for various use cases and process TA&A reports in a timely and quality manner according to existing guidelines.
- Audit reviews of local hubs and continuously review the quality of controls.
- Maintain and improve the ICS framework with ongoing challenges and support the TA&A department.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of reinsurance and single risk business processes.
- A solid statistical knowledge and analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in reinsurance accounting and/or controlling and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in reinsurance.
Personal Competences:
- Strategic, analytical, and conceptual capabilities with a strong sense of reliability and responsibility.
- Team spirit and global thinking.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex topics and insights to stakeholders.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Master Administration economic & social, option: Social and economic Development or equivalent experience.
