Job Description

We are looking for a Rail Sector Leader to join our team at Ganymede Solutions Limited. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the rail civils sector to drive business growth and expansion plans.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams and processes through to delivery of competitive submissions, as well as developing relationships with clients and identifying new opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the pre-construction team to deliver competitive submissions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities.
  • Drive business growth and expansion plans.
Requirements
  1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in pre-construction or a related field.
  2. Proven track record of delivering successful projects and growing business.
  3. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  4. Knowledge and understanding of the rail industry and market.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
