We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Rail Sector in London. This role presents a unique opportunity to set up and manage a blue collar rail maintenance section for a Recruitment Company.

Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is expanding its presence in Waterloo, London, SE1, and we are looking for a talented individual to spearhead our Rail Maintenance and Safety Crit team at this new location.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and setting up similar sections, as well as experience in recruitment. They will be responsible for driving growth, developing strategies, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Rail Sector.

This role offers a competitive salary of £46,000 - £58,000 plus bonus, making it an attractive opportunity for those seeking a challenging and rewarding career in recruitment.
