We are looking for a skilled Child and Family Care Coordinator to join our team in Leeds, West Yorkshire.
About the JobThis is an exciting opportunity to work with children with disabilities, providing support in their own homes and communities. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential settings, learning needs, and adolescent development.
Your Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality social care services to children and families.
- Maintain effective relationships with service users, carers, and other stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in residential settings for children.
- Strong understanding of child development, learning needs, and therapeutic methods.
- NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People or equivalent.
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Enhanced DBS clearance.
This is an immediate start opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of £19. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, ensuring your skills remain up-to-date and relevant.
