About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Project Lead to join our team at James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our People & Culture Business Partnering Team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing plans to improve employee wellbeing and absence rates.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a 1-year project to support the organisation with sustainable improvements in absence and wellbeing.
- Develop and maintain good partnerships with managers and project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Organisational Development to develop tools and coach manager skills around proactive staff wellbeing and effective absence management.
Requirements
- CIPD qualified or part CIPD qualified with equivalent experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment law and professional workforce developments.
- Experience of working in a medium to large organisation and recent previous workforce experience in supporting managers in employee relations.
