Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments efficiently.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are prepared to the highest standards.
- Process payments, handle guest inquiries, and maintain accurate records.
