Workforce Systems Officer

Job Overview
West London NHS Trust is seeking a skilled Workforce Systems Officer to provide administrative and HR systems support to ensure data quality at a high level. The successful candidate will have previous HR generalist experience, a working knowledge of professional registration, and proficient IT skills using databases, presentation software, spreadsheets, and word processing.
Main Responsibilities
• Monitor and produce regular reports to HR colleagues in relation to ESR professional registrations for mandatory staff groups.
• Provide data to Managers and HR colleagues according to current requirements to assist with resource management, extracting, reviewing, and tailoring the data presented into a meaningful format appropriate to the audience.
• Provide administrative support for all HR Systems, including ESR and ESR Business Intelligence.
• Administer the starters and leavers process on the Exchange and ensure its accuracy.
• Provide first-line support to users and problem diagnosis for all self-service issues.

Person Specification
• Previous HR generalist experience dealing with staffing issues in a culturally diverse organisation
• Relevant experience of working with databases with experience of using ESR
• Proficient IT skills using databases, presentation software, spreadsheets, and word processing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail
• Diversity awareness and ability to communicate sensitively
• Ability to use own initiative and to take responsibility for a specific area of work
