Job Overview
West London NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Workforce Systems Officer to provide administrative and HR systems support to ensure data quality at a high level. The successful candidate will have previous HR generalist experience dealing with staffing issues in a culturally diverse organisation and relevant experience of working with databases, including ESR.
Main Responsibilities
The Workforce Systems Officer will be responsible for monitoring and producing regular reports to HR colleagues in relation to ESR professional registrations for mandatory staff groups. They will also provide data to managers and HR colleagues according to current requirements to assist with resource management, extracting, reviewing and tailoring the data presented into a meaningful format appropriate to the audience.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Previous HR generalist experience dealing with staffing issues in a culturally diverse organisation
- Relevant experience of working with databases, including ESR
- Proficient IT skills using databases, presentation software, spreadsheets and word processing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Diversity awareness and ability to communicate sensitively
