About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Personal Assistant to join our Executive department at Avenues Group. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to senior managerial or executive staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior managerial or executive staff, including diary management, email management, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and security.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and efficient, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Discretion and confidentiality, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
