About the Role

Avenues Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Personal Assistant to join our Executive department. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to senior managerial or executive staff, working closely to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior staff, including minute taking, secretarial duties, and organizing meetings.
  • Manage and prioritize your workload to ensure deadlines are met, working efficiently and effectively to deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and other IT applications to maintain accurate records, reports, and correspondence.
  • Exercise discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and diary management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles.
  • Ability to work autonomously, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
  • Excellent technical proficiency, with experience using a variety of IT applications and packages.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and technologies.
