About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Housing Services Team as a Housing Services and Income Administrator. This role will play a crucial part in supporting the Housing Services team and Manager, as well as our supported accommodation teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maximizing rental income and minimizing loss through efficient application of SHP procedures.
  • Supporting the housing services team and accommodation services teams to ensure timely rent statements and letters are issued.
  • Maintaining accurate rent income records and ensuring effective management of these records.
  • Collating performance returns against KPIs and provider monitoring returns.

The role will also involve supporting the Senior Housing Services and Income Officers in dealing with repairs, building-related matters, anti-social behavior, complaints, and neighborhood disputes.

We operate a blended working arrangement, with a minimum of 3 days per week spent at our Head Office in Kings Cross, as well as flexible occasional travel to our accommodation services across London. There is also potential for home working, subject to agreement with the Head of Property Services.

The working hours are 37.5 hours per week, to be completed between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional need to work outside of these times in the event of an emergency.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Good organization skills, with the ability to work within a team and support the role of others.
  • Excellent communication skills, including both verbal and written communication.
  • Proven skills and experience of using IT and databases related to administrative tasks, such as producing letters and reports.
