Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the law firm, ensuring timely completion of all tasks.
  • Lead and supervise the administrative team, providing guidance and training.
  • Maintain optimal performance by managing office supplies, technology, and equipment.
  • Develop and implement procedures to boost efficiency and productivity.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe.

Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in a leadership role within a similar environment.
  • Proven ability to manage a team with a professional attitude.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive office atmosphere.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
