About the Job
This Support Worker role is an exciting opportunity to work with autistic adults in our residential service in Pinecroft, Thornbury. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to help individuals develop skills and increase their independence. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires dedication and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.

Responsibilities and Requirements
• Provide support and guidance to individuals to achieve their personal goals and develop independent living skills
• Assist with transportation to enable community integration
• Help individuals develop home making skills and personal chores
• Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent care and support
