About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Process Engineer to join our Water Utilities team at Arup. As a Senior Process Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of our water business through executing projects with internal and external clients in the UK and globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the lead Engineer in executing projects with internal and external clients in the UK and globally.
  • Conduct process audits, investigations, feasibility studies, and design of drinking water treatment works and associated systems.
  • Develop client briefs into executable projects, build costed proposals, and present ideas and concepts to clients.
  • Provide technical support, guidance, and development of junior members of the team.
Requirements
  • Chartered Engineer with a qualification in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working in the Water utilities sector, particularly in drinking water.
  • Knowledge of water chemistry, drinking water treatment processes, and process design.
  • Numerate, flexible, and able to think laterally to solve problems.
