About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Process Safety Engineer to join our team at Arup. As a key member of our process safety team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe design and operation of our clients' facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage hazard studies, including HAZID and HAZOP, in addition to FMEA and other safety reviews
  • Conduct consequence modelling using standard software packages (PHAST, Flaresim etc)
  • Develop safety system specifications & Layers of Protection study
  • Provide technical expertise on IEC61508 / 61511
  • Implement Safety Instrumented Systems
  • Ensure compliance with COMAH & DSEAR regulations
