Job Title: Senior Systems Administrator - Atlassian

Certara is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Atlassian suite of tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer and configure the Atlassian suite of tools to meet the needs of our business units.
  • Provide technical support and training to internal users on the use of Atlassian tools.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our Atlassian environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates of Atlassian tools and recommend improvements for their optimal usage.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience administering Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Crowd).
  • Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality technical documentation.
  • Experience with research and development of Atlassian technologies.
  • BS, MS, or Ph.D. in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
