Job Title: Senior Systems Administrator - Atlassian

Join Certara, a global IT organization, as a Senior Systems Administrator - Atlassian. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Atlassian suite, including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket. Your expertise will be crucial in bridging the gap between engineering, product management, and customer success teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer and configure the Atlassian suite, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Provide technical support and training to internal users, ensuring they have the necessary skills to utilize the Atlassian tools effectively.
  • Collaborate with the operations and infrastructure teams to ensure the Atlassian tools align with the needs and expectations of our customers.
  • Identify areas of improvement within the Atlassian suite and implement changes to enhance the user experience and overall performance.
  • Develop and maintain documentation on the setup and administration of Atlassian products, ensuring that knowledge is shared across the organization.
Requirements:
  • 7 years of experience administering Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Crowd).
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex challenges and implement innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively discuss technical issues with both technical and non-technical customers.
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality technical documentation.
  • Experience with research and development of Atlassian technologies.
  • BS, MS, or Ph.D. in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
