Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Commercial Asset Director to lead our Commercial Asset Management team. This is a strategic role that requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to drive business growth while ensuring effective risk management.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in governance, travel management, and commercial asset management, with experience in developing and implementing strategies to drive business success. They will be responsible for providing oversight, planning, and monitoring of cross-functional activities within the department, as well as leading the creation and development of global travel strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective governance frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Lead the creation and development of global travel strategies that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Provide oversight, planning, and monitoring of cross-functional activities within the department, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders across the organization to deliver a best-in-class travel service that meets the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Manage and oversee CS budgets, people management processes, workforce planning, communications, establish and run governance forums and reporting.
  • Embed a 'user first' way of thinking, ensuring travel services and colleagues' experience are the best they can be.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in governance, travel management, and commercial asset management, with a proven track record in developing and implementing strategies to drive business success.
  • Strong leadership and commercial acumen, with the ability to drive business growth while ensuring effective risk management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Salary and Benefits
