We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager - Bespoke Retail to join our team at Mainstay Facilities. As a key member of our retail joinery division, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail joinery department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail joinery department

  • Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field
  • Degree in a relevant field such as business administration or management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
