Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Kitchen Operations Manager to lead our kitchen team at Advinia Healthcare. As a kitchen operations manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, including staff supervision, inventory management, and menu planning. You will work closely with our Home Manager to ensure that the highest quality of food is served to our residents while maintaining a clean and safe working environment. About the Role:
We offer competitive pay rates, with an estimated salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum. As a kitchen operations manager, you will be responsible for supervising a team of chefs and kitchen assistants, managing kitchen inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. You will also be responsible for planning and costing menus, ensuring that they meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents. Your Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of chefs and kitchen assistants
- Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering supplies and equipment maintenance
- Plan and cost menus in conjunction with the Home Manager
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the kitchen
- Adhere to COSHH standards
- Report any illness or accidents immediately to the Kitchen Manager or person in charge
