Support Worker for Children with Additional Needs

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker for children with additional needs. As a Psychology Support Assistant, you will work closely with schools in and around Bristol to provide support staff for children with diverse needs, including autism, ADHD, SEMH needs, and physical disabilities.
As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to gain experience working with children and develop your skills in supporting those with additional needs. You will work closely with our dedicated team of experts to provide ongoing support and guidance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing support to children with additional needs in a school setting
- Working closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized support plans
- Assisting with the development and implementation of strategies to support children with additional needs
We offer a competitive rate of pay through PAYE, guaranteed work agreements, and ongoing professional development training (CPD) including Team Teach.
