Are you a passionate and dedicated Residential Children Worker?
Passionate about promoting the independence of vulnerable Children?
Part-time and full-time hours are available by booking your own shifts through our app and catching up with your own dedicated consultant. Work at the same service or try out lots of different ones

A successful Residential Children worker will be responsible for:
- Providing 24-hour care to vulnerable young people
- Ensure children health, hygiene, and safety needs are met.
- Administering medication
- Provide care, support, and emotional guidance to children living away from their families.
- Assist in personal development, education, and social interactions.
- Manage challenging behaviour with appropriate strategies.
- Teaching essential life skills for independent living.
- Have previous experience working in a residential setting with young people
- Have flexibility in the roles undertaken
- Experience in assisting with educational needs and activities for Children
- Have strong communication skills
- Register under the PVG scheme
- Full driving license (preferred)
- Obtained, or working towards SVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent desirable
