Requirements:
A qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 12 months post-qualifying experience.
Experience in supporting children with disabilities or similar settings is highly desirable.
Completion of your ASYE (Assessed and Supported Year of Employment).
A passion for working with children and families, and a commitment to improving outcomes for young people with disabilities.NonStop's client based near Merseyside are looking for committed, resilient, and creative Qualified Social Workers to join our Children with Disabilities and Children's Transitions Team.

As a Social Worker within our Children with Disabilities and Children's Transitions Team, you will:
Provide high-quality, child-centred support to children with disabilities and their families.
Work collaboratively to ensure seamless transitions for children moving between services.
Use your experience and creativity to develop tailored plans and interventions that meet individual needs.
