We are seeking an experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team at Quantexa Limited. As a trusted advisor, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of the people agenda for our Product and Technology teams.

Job Description
  • Partnering with Our Teams: You will be the key point of contact for all people topics for our Product and Technology functions, working closely with the wider Quantexa People team.
  • Delivering Key Projects: You will deliver our key People strategic projects within your dedicated functions, implementing solutions that really work and help our talent deliver their best work.
  • Advising on Critical Activities: You will advise and drive focus on critical people activities such as talent management, review cycles, compensation reviews, performance management, wellbeing, and engagement.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of working as a true hands-on Business Partner in innovative workplaces.
  • Experience leading business function change and transformation initiatives with a strong track record of managing the people workstream.
  • Strong commercial awareness and flexible communication skills.

  • A competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
